Why do you Love St. Brendan’s Preschool?
Child: I love SBP because I get to learn and play. We get to go to Mass and we all love our teachers. I met my bestie here; I just love St. Brendan’s Preschool!
Family: The kids are encouraged and celebrated to be unique. I feel like Bellamy has been able to start to figure out how to express herself. All her teachers from MMO to PreK have encouraged her to find her voice and have fostered an environment of comfort to do so.
How has this school benefitted your family?
Bellamy has soared in her emotional, social, and academic development thanks to the preschool program at St. Brendan’s. Bellamy is an only child and, as a result, certain social skills are not learned at home (sharing, taking turns, etc.), she has evolved in these areas, along with problem solving, all due to the environment offered.
My husband and I are so pleased with the education and Kindergarten preparedness that Bellamy has acquired because she has attended SBP. SBP is NOT a preschool that lacks the development of the children attending – It’s not just cute coloring pages you’ll get as a parent in your child’s folder. The in-room instruction our daughter has been blessed with is without a doubt above average. We are so grateful for the special teachers; our daughter can count in Spanish and identify colors. Bellamy also has a solid foundation of Jesus/God that we, as parents, are able to work with and will be able to build on in the future. My husband I both were raised Catholic and it was important to us that religion was introduced to our daughter. The reinforcement of prayers, the importance to have a spiritual understanding, and the connection Bellamy has made with the idea of church has been a beautiful evolution to watch. SBP is a well-rounded educational facility, the emotional/social/academic development a child receives as a student provides them with an unparalleled readiness for their scholastic journey and personal growth.
